I believe that Morgase will let Perrin know who she really is. Perrin's group will find out that Elayne is running things and that the rebellion is finished. He will then send Morgase to Caemlyn. Elayne will be crowned Queen because Morgase will want and support that. That will probably be the end of her storyline except for small Dyelin type roles.
