Predictions Made About: Aran'gar

Rating: 1.57

Aran'gar will be the inspiration for power-wrought trans-gender modification in the fourth age. This will overshadow any historical references to her as one of the forsaken.

Aran'gar and Egwene will duke it out during the Last Battle.

Aran'gar will be discovered when the Asha'man bonding fest begins in KoD. Either one of Rand's crew will appear in the rebel camp and out her, or some other male channeler will do it.

Aran'gar and Masaana are obviously working against each other as one is trying to put the white tower in control, and the other the same with the rebels. I think Masaana will scheme up some way to reveal Aran'gar for who he/she is and thereby getting him/her killed.

In desperation to regain power of the rebels will mistakenly reveal herself and be slammed by Granny Sharina.

Aran'gar will have to murder an Asha'man when he nearly blows her cover.

I think that somehow, Beldeine will end up with the rebel Aes Sedai and she will obviously be able to recognize Halima, thereby exposing her. Since Sheriam will hopefully have died by this time, Egwene will have Beldeine raised to Keeper as in her test for Accepted.

Arangar will be exposed by Nynaevae and Daigain who will travel to the rebel camp when they know Egwene is captured. Nynaeve can sense Arangar channeling saidin and Daigain will of course recognize her.

With Egwene's disappearance, Aran'gar will begin knocking off Rebel Aes Sedai on a daily basis.

She will be killed by Rand, who will refuse to attack her until he realizes she is holding saidin, not saidar. He'll be confused, but still feel guilty for killing a "woman."

I also believe she is Asmodean. When I read Wot the first time it just seemed right.
