Predictions Made About: Asha'man

Rating: 2

Adrol and Pevara will both bond each other. Both have the talent for making Ter'angreal and will work together to re-discover the making of many items.

By Landro on 2011-10-26

Rating: 4.8

Atal Mishraile will turn on Mazrim Taim and help the forces of Light take the M'Hael down.

By kivo on 2010-10-08

Rating: 3.8

Taim will eventually be found out as either a darkfriend or one of the Forsaken, and will establish the Black Tower as a base for the new dreadlords. Those Ashaman loyal to the light will turn to the Aes Sedai and will follow Rand's lead in bowing to Egwene and becoming part of the White Tower. Thus the Aes Sedai will be united again as they were in the AOL.

By The Foz on 2009-12-15

The Ashaman will become as strong as aes sedai at least in numbers by Tarmon gaidon.

By Ashaman on 2008-06-18

1. I believe that there will be two towers of AS /AM as Mazrim has built a palace at the black tower grounds in Andor.

2. Logain may achieve recognition as the Dragon Reborn in the next age when Rand dies/ goes into seclusion. I belive that thats his glory.

3. Narishma will be the next leader of the AM.

By ReDragon on 2007-09-26

Rating: 3.33

I think the Asha'man will heal stilled Aes Sedai to completion, just like Aes Sedai can heal Asha'man to completion. This is how they'll be united.

By lilasakuragal on 2006-08-28

Rating: 1.71

I predict the Ashaman will divide into Ajah-like groups including but not limited to . warrior(green), healers(yellow), causes(blue), mediators(gray), logic(white/black), knowledge(brown), and those bonded to aes sedai (red)

By zanguini on 2006-06-10

with narishma being the one who follows after, being the healing guru he will be the one brave enough to follow after rand into shayol ghul thus reviving him with callandor and maybe nynyeve

By arcaneix on 2006-02-25

The Black Tower has as many followers of Light as the White Tower has Darkfriends. The WT will discover and kick out* the Black Ajah who will go to the Black Tower which will become a Dreadlord Stronghold having kicked out* or killed their own renegade followers of Light. (* meaning they would escape.)

By High Lord Calvin on 2005-11-04

The asha'man will join up with the aes sedai to make one organization under one male and one female leaders

By Heron on 2005-10-17

Rating: 2.43

Taim's special students are, in fact, new Dreadlords, and will use gateways to allow armies of trollocs and myrdraal and other shadowspawn to invade the heart of Randland. It is during this initial invasion that the Black Tower will be rent in fire and blood. And the Aes Sedai will "walk the grounds" to assist the Asha'man.

By moksha on 2005-08-17

At some point, an Asha'man will bond an Aes Sedai and she will bond him at the same time, creating a permanent link never seen before. When one of them channels, it will draw on both halves of the Power!!!

By Aan-allein on 2005-06-12

Rating: 5.6

I predict that the black and white tower will nvr fully unite, it will be mutual partership, because they will have opposing views on how to re-seal the dark one, just like in AoL.
Rand will end up leading his loyal asha'man to what he feels the best way is. This may lead to disaster, and Logain will save the day some how, leading to mins viewing of himself

By Shaitan on 2005-06-12

Rating: 3.67

Split half Darkfriends half Dragon/Logain sworn. Logain will lead the fight at TG while Rand seals the bore.

By Tristin on 2005-06-10

Rating: 4.2

I predict that Taim and Logain will clash (remember that the "deserters" mentioned the M'Hael being angry if they failed killing Rand; whether or not he is a Darkfriend I don't know, but he can't be one of the forsaken because he was born long before Rand, and the Forsaken weren't released until just recently), but the clash will happen (look at the tension and Taim's actions, declaring Rand's close Asha'man followers as deserters) rending the Black Tower in fire(the Power) and blood, and the captive Aes Sedai will walk the grounds, fulfilling Elaida's Forteling.

By MC117 on 2005-05-26

Rating: 5.57

There will not be united Aes Sedai, as in male and female. The White and Black Towers will enter into an uneasy peace, but it will be some time before they can work together. It won't be like the AOL.

By dedoublya on 2005-05-20

Rating: 3.33

The Asha'man will split, but the showdown between opposing factions will have nothing to do with Rand. Instead, Taim and Logain will lead their supporters against each other, destroying the Black Tower in the battle that ensues. Logain's side will win (with Logain killing Taim himself). With the Black Tower destroyed, the remaining Asha'man will straggle to the White Tower, where the Egwene administration will welcome them. A tradition of Aes Sedai and Asha'man bonding each other will begin, with Egwene bonding Logain. A joint Hall of the Tower will be ran by equal parts Male and Female channelers. At Tarmon Gai'don, this joint force will essentially destroy the Dark One with the full power of the Creator

By RogueSavior on 2005-04-20

The Asha'man will be disolved after a great battle between logain and taim's factions. The leftover(logain's) will become the first male aes sedai in this age and the black tower will be finished being constructed. A male aes sedai will create a permanent gateway from the white tower to the black tower, probably a ter'angreal.

By NargsBrood on 2005-04-07

The Black Tower will split, some going with Taim(a darkfriend not forsaken) to become dreadlords. The rest will follow Logain in Rands name to join with the White Tower. Egewene as Amyrylin and Logain as Keeper (Sheraim having been killed in battle for the tower)

By vikinggodGual on 2004-11-29

Rating: 4

I believe the Asha'man will be lead into battle by Logain, Taim will be proven to be a darkfriend and defeated in some manner. I think the Red Ajah Aes-Sedai will bond them as their warders in an attempt to control them, however they will learn that the asha'man are not tainted anymore, and this will reunite them all behind the ancient Aes-Sedai banner. Also the reds will gain the respect they have been looking for as a result.

By Jane-Sedai on 2004-11-29

Although Taim is not a darkfriend, events and rumor will name him as one. When he tries to use force to quell these rumors, Logain will freak thinking Taim is betraying Rand. Battle will ensue. Taim, defeated, will seek to prove himself loyal in TG and be killed saving Rand's life.

By fistandantilus on 2004-10-07

Rating: 3.5

I believe that Taim will be revieled to be a darkfriend and therefore Logain will take over the Ashaman, however there will be a battle fought between Logains group and Taim's lot of special students before this is decided, fufilling Elaida's Fortelling of The black tower being rent in blood and fire!

By Chrono on 2004-09-03

The group of Asha'man loyal to rand and logain (as opposed to Taim) will bond w/ the loyal aes sedai and rally around the ancient aes sedai banner

i think all Asha'man will eventually bond Aes Sedai replacing warders

By heronblade on 2003-06-13

Since Logain seems to be well liked by everyone in the Black Tower except for the full Asha'man, I believe the split will be almost entirely in his and Rand's favor, and Taim and his small group will become the new male Dreadlords.

By Grady on 2003-06-01

Jahar Narishma will be Tamyrlin, because he's the one that got callendor out of the stone, and it's said "whoever pulls it will follow after"

By perlchild on 2003-05-18

rand's asha'man under Logain will mutually bond with Eqwene's Aes'Sedai, and defeat their mutual opponent factions, thus reuniting the male and female aes'sedai

The black tower will split and Rand and Logain will destroy taim. Then Asha'man will reunite with the Aes Sedai.

By Ashaman Scott on 2003-03-31

splitting between logain and mazrim is inevitable, but i don't think mazrim's following will be that big, and i'm not all too sure he's as bad as we think.

The black tower will split into Taim's followers and Logain followers. Then Logain will utterly destroy it with Rand's blessing.

By oldmanfish on 2002-11-13

There will be a split in the Black Tower similar to that in the White Tower. Half will follow Taim (who is probably on of the Chosen) while the other half will support Rand and be led by Logain. When Rand kills Taim, most of Taims followers will come to

By Wotfan on 2001-07-01

The Black Tower is "rent in blood and fire" when some of the Asha'man are discovered to be Darkfriends who would become Dreadlords. Those loyal to the Light battle them in the Tower's grounds causing heavy casualties on both sides and forcing the Darkfrie

By Erratum on 2000-10-09

I think that all of the Asha, man are all gonna go crazy and go on a killing rampage through caemlyn...rand will have to come there and balefire the lot of them.

By Aemon on 2000-09-19

These guys are really bad news, even if Rand does manage to remove the taint that is still too much power for any group of men. They are destined for mass destruction. It's them or the world but one of them has got to go.

Rand and Taim and eleven other Asha'man will gather around Shaitan and will destory him as one and cleanse Saidin, at The Last Battle, on Tarmon Gai'don.

When Rand destroys the Taint the asha'man(however that's spelled) will be rejoined with the Aes Sedai in the Ivory Tower (or another place if the Tower is broken) thereby compleating the circle and making the symbol of the Aes Sedai whole again.
