I predict that Tuon knows that Mat went to the Aelfinn and the Eelfinn and how he has the memories of dead people. She will have somthing similiar and will also have memories of her past lives. This is why she asks Mat if he knows of certain things, such as the ruins they go to after Mat gives her her horse.

tuon will not inherit the seanchan throne. she will marry mat and through her contact with him and egeanin she will come to realize that she like all other sul'dam can channel. this will fundamentally change her as it did egeanin. she will take control of the "return" and try to set up her own nation or empire (completely independent of the empire of seanchan) using her status as the daughter of the nine moons.

Is actually Empress when she wants it. The veil is a structure in place that allows her mothers death to go unmourned so that the Return is not perceived as unlucky. When she lifts the veil she will be seen as empress. The Crystal Throne is actually in Randland and came with her.
