Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: The Bowl of Winds

I think the Bowl of the Winds is going to be more than a tool to change the weather.

About the Bowl of the Winds: It is obviously one of those Ter'angreal that need to be used by both men and women who can channel, but I was wondering about what happened when the Bowl was used by the women who can channel in Ebou Dar to change the weather what do you make of this quote "Saidar is weaved in a column. It bent it self around Saidin. Saidin and Saidar make the column solid". (PoD, chap. 5, p. 127). In that case where does Saidin come from ? There's only women channelling there. And in Chap.7, p. 160, AS, Wise Ones and Asha'man see "a lace of the One Power" across the sky and they can feel it after it vanished. Also, why is it so important to Moridin that the AS in Ebou Dar do not use the Bowl. Is it only because that would undo what the DO wanted to do (provoke the drought and thus Chaos)?

I think the answer about Saidin is that the bowl accessed Saidin on its own.
