anfear's Return

Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: Who is Moridin?

I think that we now have an indication that Lanfear has returned as Moridin. Just a hunch from:

(a) Moridin's comments in the prologue regarding the control of Rand/Lews Therin

(b) Aviendha's itching shoulder blades as Moridin watches her as they are about to leave Ebou Dar- she states that it previously meant someone wanted to kill her and we know that Lanfear surely does!!

(c) RJ's track record of "resurrecting" Forsaken as the opposite sex. Perhaps that was her bargain to get out of the Tower of Ghenji....

An interesting thought anyway, which leads me to think....where is Moiraine????

Definitely something I had never considered. This doesn't mean you are wrong, but Rand did not feel the 'tingle' in Shadar Logoth that he gets when females channel around him. Plus Lanfear did not have the 'saa' when she died...so why would she have it in the next book? I would be very surprised if RJ pulled his 'male/female switch' with Moridin.
