a'veren Reborn

Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: Is Mat a hero reborn?

I think that all of the ta'veren are bound to the wheel. So instead of new ta'veren threads being created the same ta'veren are reborn. Like Authr Hawkwing is bound to the wheel like all of the other heroes and maybe each time he is reborn he is ta'veren. I think that Mat is a ta'veren that is bound to the wheel and he has been spun out as all of the guys whos' memories he has in his head. Like the heroes bound to the wheel he doesn't remember all of his past lives, but the foxes pulled things from his past lives to fill the holes in his memory.

I think you have a case as long as Mat never remembers two distinct lives that overlap eachother in time.
