Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: What Has Happened to Moiraine?

"(This was posted before PoD was released) I just read a realy good post where it said that Moir and Lanfear could get out of the ToG if they wanted too but If you remember back to tSR when Moir makes an IDLE COMMENT to Rand and Mat that goes a little like this: "two ta'varen at once your lucky you didn't rip the connection completey" now this is just an idle comment but we all know how RJ uses those, and who is to say two strong female channelers won't do the same as two ta'veran. Some points to ponder now, we haven't seen Isam/Luc since Shadow and we haven't seen Moir and Lanfear since Fires, we do know there are three entrances to Finnland (the two doorways and the Tower) now if we go too a tripod effect and you knock out a leg the world collapses so essentially this would mean that Lanfear Moir and Isam/Luc are all trapped in finnland, now this explains why we haven't seen these three (four?) charactors! in a while. Just throwing my hypothesis in before it is possibly answered. Peace favor your Swords.

I think you are right about what Moiraines comment might mean, as though the ter'angreal has some sort of self destruct mode, but if a strong female channeler and two ta'veren, one being the Dragon Reborn were in their at the same time I don't think just two being there would make it happen, but two going in as one...now that just might do it.
