Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: Who killed Fel and why?

This is actually a note prompted by reading the "Who Killed Fel" board...Someone on that board mentioned that Fel probably found one of Ishy's books, since Ishy used to be a philosophizer. The answer is, he did, and Min has it now and is reading it. I don't have the books in front of me, but it's in book 7 or 8, where Rand notices the title of the book she is reading. The title is identical to the book attributed to Ishy before he became Forsaken in the Illustrated Guide to the World of the Wheel of Time...So Min is now reading Ishy's work (though she doesn't know it's his, of course) and will no doubt figure something critical out as a result.

Great investigative work there, I haven't seen anyone mention the facts of the matter. If you could now post the exact locations I know anyone that reads this would be greatly appreciative.
