ay Out in Left Field

by Else: 1998-10-08 | Not yet rated

Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: Who is the Daughter of the Nine Moons?

This is way out in left field, but here goes. Morgase was offered some kind of deal by the Seanchan. She left instead, but she could be recaptured. We haven't seen much of her lately. Min saw Elayne loving Rand and sharing him, but unless I missed it (not too difficult) she said nothing about marriage. Every time he is mentioned as Elayne's husband, Elayne is the one who has said it. Wishful thinking, maybe. Royalty does not always marry for love. If Morgase takes up an offer by the Seanchan, that could make Elayne part of the Court of the Nine Moons and maybe even the Daughter of the Nine Moons. Besides Mat seems obsessed by her dimples. A theory nobody would be crazy enough to mention.

Wow, Morgase and Mat, definitely never before posted here. Although, if this story ever goes to left field I would be surprised ;)

I must have been even more confusing than normal. The Seanchan make an offer to Morgase which gets the House of Andor into the Court of the Nine Moons. Elayne is the Daughter of the Nine Moons, not Morgase. Yes, I know it is unlikely, but so are many other theories.
