Before Winter's Heart - Archive Only: Is Taim Demandred?

Taim may well be Demandred,, but in TSR , rand can see the black cords connecting Asmodean to the dark one when he embraces saidin,,,why can't he see the cords around taim if he is demandred??? anyone want to answer?

I'm sure we will get some feedback, because there are certain times in which Rand has seen the Black Cord and I read something about it just a couple of days ago but I don't have it straight in my head enough to give you a straight answer, by the way good question.
