Basically RAFO. Laras is in New Spring (which I don't remember).
This led to a fair amount of discussion about backstories—he doesn't want to spoil something that could be revealed. So, I followed up with something like 'presumably, if the prequels are written, we'll learn more of Laras'. Brandon said yes, presumably.

RJ once stated that Mesaana had not been seen on screen in her assumed identity yet as of the end of Knife of Dreams. And we see Laras in New Spring.
But is the Laras in New Spring the same as the Laras we see now?
*laughs* RAFO.
